Netherlands born chef/owner Jeroen van Bilsen has always had a great passion for creating amazing cuisine from a young age. After completing his apprenticeship in some of the finest establishments in Holland, he decided to travel the world with his profession. After having worked in countries such as Canada, France, Spain and the Dutch Caribbean, he landed in New Zealand where he fell in love with the country and his partner, Sara.
Over the past 10+ years he has gained a great amount of experience working in the some of New Zealand’s best event venues and decided to use this to his advantage by starting up a catering business of his own.
The idea behind Whisk Catering is simple – provide clients with an amazing offer of fantastic New Zealand produce, prepared and tied into tailor-made menus to create the perfect event.
